"Passionate for all types of art, for multiculturalism and the diversity of world around us. Humanist by training, my working life has had many different aspects but always turning around gastronomy.
I teach and present lectures, I also collaborate in radio programmes, write books and articles for several magazines. I am a cook and give advice, and what I like best is sharing the table with friends.
This web will show you some of the things I do and what I can offer. Cookery is part of my life and I always remain fascinated by the search of pleasure hidden behind the gastronomy".
